ウォータータウン（英: Watertown）は、アメリカ合衆国ノースダコタ州の北東部コディントン郡の都市であり、同郡の郡庁所在地である[2]。2000年国勢調査による人口は20,237 人であり、2010年では21,482人と6.2％増加した[3]。州内で5番目に人口の多い都市である。コディントン郡とハムリン郡に跨るウォータータウン小都市圏の主要都市でもある。市内には公立のウォータータウン高校と私立の寄宿制グレートプレーンズ・ルーテル高校がある。
