フランク・ブレイ・ギブニー(Frank Bray Gibney、1924年9月21日– 2006年4月9日)は、アメリカ合衆国のジャーナリスト、編集者、作家、学者。彼は、第二次世界大戦中にアメリカ海軍にいる間に日本語を学び、その後日本に駐在した。東京のジャーナリストとして、彼は日本人についての人気のある本である『Five Gentlemen of Japan』を書き、そのヒューマニズムと戦争の苦しみを超越したことで歓迎された。さらに日本と東アジアについて6冊の本が出た。彼はまたヨーロッパの共産主義について書いた。ブリタニカ百科事典では、翻訳を指揮し、太平洋盆地研究所の創設者であった[1]。
