ZW10

ZW10（Zeste White 10）は、ヒトではZW10遺伝子にコードされるタンパク質である[5][6]。ZW10は、細胞分裂時の適切な染色体分離を保証する機構に関与する多くの因子のうちの1つである。ZW10は細胞分裂の前期、中期、後期の序盤の間セントロメアに結合しており、前期にはキネトコアの微小管にも結合している[6]。
