NAD(P)Hオキシダーゼ（NAD(P)H oxidase）は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

NAD(P)H + H⁺ + O₂ NAD(P)⁺ + H₂O₂

反応式の通り、この酵素の基質はNADH（NADPH）とH⁺とO₂、生成物はNAD⁺（NADP⁺）とH₂O₂である。

組織名はNAD(P)H:oxygen oxidoreductaseで、別名にTHOX2; ThOX; dual oxidase; p138tox; thyroid NADPH oxidase; thyroid oxidase; thyroid oxidase 2; NADPH oxidaseがある。
