カレン・マキナニー（Karen MacInerney、生年不明）は、アメリカ合衆国の小説家。ライス大学卒業[1]。
2006年、デビュー作『注文の多い宿泊客』（原題：Murder on the Rocks ）がアガサ賞処女長編賞にノミネートされる。現在は、テキサス州オースティンに夫と子供2人とペットのウサギと暮らしている[2][1]。
