マニスティー郡（英: Manistee County）は、アメリカ合衆国ミシガン州ロウアー半島の北西部に位置する郡である。2010年国勢調査での人口は24,733人であり、2000年の24,527人から0.8%増加した[1]。郡庁所在地はマニスティー市（人口6,226人[2]）であり、同郡で人口最大の都市でもある。
