フランク・マクギネス (英語: Frank McGuinness[1][2] [məˈgɪnɨs]、アイルランド語: Proinsias MacAonghusa)はアイルランドの作家である。『シャツ工場の女たち』や『ソンムに向かって行進するアルスターの息子たちに照覧あれ』、『私を見守ってくれる人』、『ドリー・ウエストの台所』をはじめとした彼の作品とともに、「ジャン・ラシーヌやソフォクレス、ヘンリック・イプセン、ストリンドベリの作品を翻訳することで批評家の喝采を浴びた、古典文学の脚色における高い実績を持つ者」[3]といわれている。2007年よりユニバーシティ・カレッジ・ダブリンでクリエイティヴ・ライティングの教授となっている[1]。
