ピリドキサール-5'-リン酸シンターゼ(pyridoxal 5'-phosphate synthase)は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

(1) ピリドキサミン-5'-リン酸 + H₂O + O₂ ピリドキサール-5'-リン酸 + NH₃ + H₂O₂

反応式の通り、基質はピリドキサミン-5'-リン酸とH₂OとO₂、生成物はピリドキサール-5'-リン酸とNH₃とH₂O₂である。

(2) ピリドキシン-5'-リン酸 + O₂ ピリドキサール-5'-リン酸 + H₂O₂

反応式の通り、基質はピリドキシン-5'-リン酸とO₂、生成物はピリドキサール-5'-リン酸とH₂O₂である。

組織名はpyridoxamine-5'-phosphate:oxygen oxidoreductase (deaminating)で、別名にpyridoxamine 5'-phosphate oxidase, pyridoxamine phosphate oxidase, pyridoxine (pyridoxamine)phosphate oxidase, pyridoxine (pyridoxamine) 5'-phosphate oxidase, pyridoxaminephosphate oxidase (EC 1.4.3.5: deaminating), PMP oxidase, pyridoxol-5'-phosphate:oxygen oxidoreductase (deaminating) (incorrect), pyridoxamine-phosphate oxidase, PdxHがある。
