ジョン・ダニエル・ハーツ・シニア（John Daniel Hertz, Sr.、1879年4月10日生まれ - 1961年10月8日没）は、アメリカ合衆国の実業家。競走馬のオーナーブリーダーや篤志家としても知られる。
