初代シェフィールド伯爵ジョン・ベイカー・ホルロイド（英語: John Baker Holroyd, 1st Earl of Sheffield PC FRS、出生名ジョン・ホルロイド（John Holroyd）、1735年 12月21日 – 1821年 5月30日）は、イギリスの政治家、アイルランド貴族。庶民院議員を務める傍ら、主に貿易政策に関するパンフレットを出版した^[1]。爵位や官職を繰り返し申請した結果、80代になって伯爵に叙された^[2]。エドワード・ギボンとは30年以上の付き合いの友人であり、ギボンの死後にその作品集を出版した^[3]。

^ 1780年6月2日、ジョージ・ゴードン卿（英語版）が反カトリックの群衆を率いて庶民院に行進、1778年教皇派法（英語版）（カトリック刑罰法を一部廃止した法律）の廃止請願を出そうとしたが、いざウェストミンスターに着くと群衆が庶民院に乱入すると脅し、やがて反カトリック暴動に発展した事件^[9]。
