フロスト (Frost、本名:シェティル＝ヴィダル・ハラルドスタ (Kjetil-Vidar Haraldstad)、1973年6月28日 - )は、ノルウェーのヘヴィメタル・ミュージシャン (ドラマー)。ブラックメタルの分野で活動している。
