サクビトリル・バルサルタン

サクビトリル・バルサルタン（Sacubitril/Valsartan、サクビトリルバルサルタン[7]とも）は、心不全・高血圧症治療のための合剤である。本剤は、ネプリライシン阻害薬であるサクビトリルとアンジオテンシン受容体拮抗薬であるバルサルタンの1:1混和物である。この組み合わせは、「アンジオテンシン受容体・ネプリライシン阻害剤」（ARNI）と表現されることもある[8]。本剤は、駆出率の低下した心不全患者において、ACE阻害薬またはアンジオテンシン受容体拮抗剤の代替として使用することが推奨されている[9]。
