写本（しゃほん、英語: manuscript）とは、手書きで複製された本や文書、またはその行為そのものを指して示す用語。原本（オリジナル）である正本（しょうほん、せいほん）と対応させて、それを書き写した書写本であることを強調する用語として使われることもある。謄本ともいう。
