糖質コルチコイド（とうしつコルチコイド）は、副腎皮質の束状層で産生される、副腎皮質ホルモンの一つである。グルココルチコイド (glucocorticoid) とも言われる。

糖質コルチコイドは、炭水化物の代謝に影響を与える事からその名が付いた。糖質コルチコイドは肝臓へのグリコーゲン貯蔵を促進する。肝臓の肥大は、小児におけるステロイドの長期使用による稀な副作用である。成人、小児を問わず、ステロイドの長期使用による典型的な副作用は脂肪変性症である。

薬理量（超生理量）の糖質コルチコイドは、アレルギー性、炎症性、自己免疫性の異常を抑制するのに使われるが、移植後免疫抑制剤として急性拒絶反応や移植片対宿主病を予防するためにも投与される。しかしながら、糖質コルチコイドは感染を予防しないし、組織修復も抑制してしまう。
