OKR（オー・ケー・アール英語: Objectives and key resultsの頭字語）は、個人や組織の目標設定（英語版）のためのフレームワークである。元インテルCEOのアンドルー・グローヴが1970年代に導入した。元インテル社員のジョン・ドーアがOKRに関する著書『Measure What Matters: How Google, Bono, and the Gates Foundation Rock the World with OKRs』を2017年に発刊している^[1]（仮題『何が重要かを測定せよ: Google、ボノ、ゲイツ財団はいかにしてOKRで世界を動かすか』）。

^ OKRに関する用語の日本語の定訳はないため、本項目では英語の単語のまま記している。objectiveは「目標」「達成目標」、key resultsは「主な結果」「主要な成果」「評価指標」「成果指標」などと訳される。
^ BAU=Business As Usual、平常の業務。
^ OGSM=Objectives, goals, strategies and measuresの頭字語。最終目的（Objective）、具体的な目標（Goal）、策略（Strategy）、方策（Measure）。
