光ピンセット（ひかりピンセット、英: optical tweezers）は、集光したレーザー光により微小物体（おもに、細胞などを含む透明な誘電体物質）をその焦点位置の近傍に捕捉し、さらには動かすことのできる装置および技術である。捕捉するための力は屈折率の違いにより生じ、典型的にはピコニュートン程度である。この技術は、近年、とくに生物学やマイクロマシニングの研究において成果を挙げている。
