プロテインチロシンホスファターゼ: protein tyrosine phosphataseEC 3.1.3.48、系統名: protein-tyrosine-phosphate phosphohydrolase、略称: PTP)または単にチロシンホスファターゼは、タンパク質中のリン酸化されたチロシン残基からリン酸基を除去する酵素のグループである。すなわち、次の反応を触媒する。
