N 1-アセチルポリアミンオキシダーゼ(N 1-acetylpolyamine oxidase)は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。
- (1) N 1-アセチルスペルミジン + O2 + H2O プトレシン + 3-アセトアミドプロパナール + H2O2
- (2) N 1-アセチルスペルミン + O2 + H2O スペルミジン + 3-アセトアミドプロパナール + H2O2
酵素の組織名はN 1-acetylpolyamine:oxygen oxidoreductase (3-acetamidopropanal-forming)である。
