リーマン・ブラザーズ・ホールディングス（英: Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.）は、かつてアメリカのニューヨークに本社を置いていた大手投資銀行グループ。2018年時点も清算業務を行う法人が存続している。
注釈
- ^ Lehmanの発音は「レイマン」でも「リーマン」でもよい：How to pronouce Lehman (Emma Saying)。元々のドイツ語での発音は「レーマン」で、英国英語ではそれに近い「レイマン Layman」と発音する人も多く、米国英語その他では「リーマン Leeman」と発音する人が圧倒的に多い。
- ^ 同年3月にベアー・スターンズへ公的資金を注入しており、これ以上の救済措置は近々行われる2008年アメリカ合衆国大統領選挙を控えた状況も踏まえ国民の理解が得られないこと、財政の負担が大きいこと、ベアー・スターンズと違い突然の破綻ではなく以前から兆候があったこと、経済の先行きを考えた場合に前例を作りたくないなどの理由から。
