プロスタグランジン-E₂ 9-レダクターゼ（prostaglandin-E2 9-reductase）は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

(5Z,13E)-(15S)-9α,11α,15-トリヒドロキシプロスタ-5,13-ジエン酸 + NADP⁺ $\rightleftharpoons$ (5Z,13E)-(15S)-11α,15-ジヒドロキシ-9-オキソプロスタ-5,13-ジエン酸 + NADPH + H⁺

反応式の通り、この酵素の基質は(5Z,13E)-(15S)-9α,11α,15-トリヒドロキシプロスタ-5,13-ジエン酸とNADP⁺、生成物は(5Z,13E)-(15S)-11α,15-ジヒドロキシ-9-オキソプロスタ-5,13-ジエン酸とNADPHとH⁺である。

組織名は(5Z,13E)-(15S)-9α,11α,15-trihydroxyprosta-5,13-dienoate:NADP⁺ 9-oxidoreductaseで、別名には以下のものがある。
