カン・ケク・イウ（クメール語: កាំង ហ្គេកអ៊ាវ (កាំង ហ្កិច អ៊ាវ ?), Kang Kek Iew、1942年 11月17日 - 2020年 9月2日）は、民主カンプチアの政治犯収容所S21Aの所長。別名ドッチ（មិត្តឌុច, Duch）。ドッチは民主カンプチア時代、カンボジア共産党常任委員会のメンバーであったが、カンボジア共産党内の序列が何位であったのかはわかっていない^[1]。少なくとも20位以内には入っていない^[2]。ドッチの妻の名はロム(Rom)といいアムレアン(Amleang)で結婚したことがわかっている^[3]。
