セントジョンズ川（セントジョンズがわ、英: St. Johns River、スペイン語: Río de San Juan、リオ・デ・サンフアン）は、アメリカ合衆国フロリダ州では最長の川であり、商業用途やレクリエーション用途が重要なものになっている。その全長は310マイル (500 km) あり、蛇行して州内12郡を通り、また郡境となっている。その内3郡は州内でも面積の広い郡である。水源から河口までの落差は30フィート (9 m) しかない。フロリダ州にある水路の大半と同様に、流速が0.3マイル/時 (0.13 m/s) と大変遅く、「眠気を誘う」と言われることも多い[2]。世界で川の種類は多いが、北向きに流れる数少ない川の1つだと考えられている[3]。川の途中で多くの湖が形成され、あるいは流れ込んでいるが、川そのものの最も幅が広い地点では3マイル (4.8 km) ある。最も狭い地点は水源であり、インディアンリバー郡の船もいけない沼地である。セントジョンズ川に集まる様々な水流の域内に全体で350万人の人々が住んでいる[4]。
