ポートセントルーシー（英: Port St. Lucie）は、アメリカ合衆国フロリダ州南部セントルーシー郡の都市である。2000年国勢調査による人口は88,769人に過ぎなかったが、2010年の推計人口は164,603人であり、85％増加した[2]。ポートセントルーシー都市圏の中心都市であり、2009年の都市圏人口は406,296人と推計されている[1]。
