相互作用
BUB3はBUB1B[5][16][17]、HDAC1[18]、HDAC2[18]と相互作用することが示されている。
Bub3はMad1-Bub1、そしてCdc20(この相互作用はキネトコアを必要としない)と複合体を形成することが示されている。さらに、Mad2、Mad3と結合することも示されており[11][19]、Mad3のMad2への結合に影響を与える調節因子としても作用する[11]。
Bub3はBub1のキネトコアへの局在を指揮し、SACを活性化する[5]。出芽酵母Saccharomyces cerevisiaeと後生動物の双方で、Bub3はBubR1とBub1に結合することが示されている[7]。
