性的指向

【概要】 性行為の対象として、男性に向くか女性に向くかという分類。「性的指向は同性」という言い方が正しい。同性愛、異性愛、両性愛という"愛"という概念は入らなくてもよい。性的指向は「先天的なもの」と「環境による」という両方の説があるが、両方がミックスされているのではないか。少なくとも意図的に選んだ「志向」や「嗜好」ではない。

性的指向（せいてきしこう、英: sexual orientation）は、同じまたは異なる性別・ジェンダー間において恋愛や性愛、または性的魅力を感じるパターンであり、異性愛（ヘテロセクシュアリティ）、同性愛（ホモセクシュアリティ）、男性愛（アンドロフィリア）、女性愛（ガイネフィリア）、両性愛（バイセクシュアリティ）などがある[1][2]。無性愛を含む場合もある[3][4]。これ以外にも、性的アイデンティティを表すカテゴリーとして、全性愛（パンセクシュアリティ）、多性愛（ポリセクシュアリティ）などがある[1][5]。
