TGF-β

TGF-β: transforming growth factor β、トランスフォーミング増殖因子β、形質転換増殖因子β)は、TGF-βスーパーファミリーに属するサイトカインであり、多くの機能を有する。TGF-βファミリーにはTGF-βの3つのアイソフォーム(TGF-β1から3、ヒトではそれぞれTGFB1TGFB2英語版TGFB3英語版遺伝子にコードされる)や他の多くのシグナル伝達タンパク質が含まれる。TGF-βは全ての白血球系統の細胞で産生される。
