種子銀行(しゅしぎんこう、種子バンク、シードバンク、英：Seed bank)とは、遺伝的多様性の維持のために植物の種子を保存する施設または組織の事。遺伝子資源の保存という観点から、ジーンバンクの一種であるともいえる。
