BlackwaterUSA(1997年～現在)
1997年、アメリカ海軍を退役したエリック・プリンス氏により創設されたアメリカの民間軍事会社。
イラク戦争でアメリカ正規軍の人員不足が深刻になったことから、その補充となる傭兵を提供することで急成長を遂げたが、2007年9月にイラクに派遣された社員が民間人17人を射殺するという不祥事が表面化し、業界での評価が急落してしまった。
現在は「XeサービシズLLC」に名前を変えて活動している。
