テリパラチド（Teriparatide）は遺伝子組み換えパラトルモンである。 効果的な骨同化（骨成長）剤であり[1]骨粗鬆症の治療に用いられる[2]。適応外使用で骨折の治癒促進に用いられる場合もある。商品名フォルテオ、テリボン。テリパラチドはヒトパラトルモン（PTH）のN末端から34個のアミノ酸を切り出した[3]ポリペプチドであり、間歇的投与により破骨細胞よりも骨芽細胞を活性化させ、その結果骨量を増加させる。
