ピロロキノリンキノンシンターゼ（pyrroloquinoline-quinone synthase, PqqC）は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

反応式の通り、この酵素の基質は6-(2-アミノ-2-カルボキシエチル)-7,8-ジオキソ-1,2,3,4,7,8-ヘキサヒドロキノリン-2,4-ジカルボン酸と酸素、生成物はピロロキノリンキノンと過酸化水素と水である。

組織名は6-(2-amino-2-carboxyethyl)-7,8-dioxo-1,2,3,4,7,8-hexahydroquinoline-2,4-dicarboxylate:oxygen oxidoreductase (cyclizing)で、別名に6-(2-amino-2-carboxyethyl)-7,8-dioxo-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-octahydroquinoline-2,4-dicarboxylate:oxygen oxidoreductase (cyclizing) [incorrect]がある。
