ザ・レプラシー・ミッション（The Leprosy Mission, TLM、元 Mission to Lepers, MTL）は、ハンセン病問題に取り組む、キリスト教の国際的支援活動。 インドを中心として28カ国で活動[1][2]。 ロンドンに本部を持つ。
