アルーラ(Alula, Aluula, ソマリ語: Caluula, アラビア語: علولة) はソマリア連邦の構成国プントランド北部にある港町。ソマリアの行政区画ではバリ地域に当たるが、プントランドはアルーラ周辺をバリ地域から独立させてガルダフル地域としている。
