ナイルズ・エルドリッジ（Niles Eldredge、1943年8月25日-）は、アメリカ合衆国の生物学者、古生物学者である。1972年にスティーヴン・ジェイ・グールドとともに、断続平衡説を提唱した[2][3][4][5][6]。
