食用キノコ

食用キノコ（しょくようキノコ）は、食用とされる菌類の子実体。子実体が肉眼的な大きさに成長するキノコと呼ばれるものである。地上や地中で生育し、手で収穫できる[1]。食用か否かは、人間にとっての毒物が含まれているかどうかや、味や香りが好ましいかどうかで決まる[2][3]。ある統計では、食用になるものはキノコ全体の10%以下であろうと言われている[3]。
