ワインコフホテル火災（ワインコフホテルかさい、Winecoff Hotel fire）は、1946年12月7日に、アメリカ合衆国ジョージア州アトランタのホテルで発生した火災である。 本件は、アメリカ合衆国史上、最も多くの死者が出たホテル火災であり、ホテル所有者らを含むホテル宿泊者119名が死亡した。
