デイヴィッド・ミラー（David Leslie Miller、1946年3月8日 - ）はイギリスの政治学者。専門は、政治哲学、政治理論。

ケンブリッジ大学卒業後、オックスフォード大学で修士号および博士号取得。現在、オックスフォード大学ナフィールド・カレッジ教授。
