ジェントルマン (Gentleman, 本名：ティルマン・オットー (Tilmann Otto), 1975年4月19日 - ) はドイツ・オスナブリュック出身のレゲエ歌手である。
来歴
ジェントルマンは1975年、ルター派の宣教師の息子として生まれた。兄がレゲエのレコードを収集していたことからレゲエに興味を持ち、16歳のときから頻繁にレゲエの故郷であるジャマイカに旅行するようになった。
ジェントルマンは1990年代からレゲエ歌手・ディージェイとしての活動を開始し、1998年にドイツのヒップホップ・バンド、フロンデスクラース (en:Freundeskreis) がプロデュースした「Tabula Rasa」が最初のヒット曲となった。
ジェントルマンはほとんどの歌をドイツ語ではなく、英語かジャマイカ・クレオール語で歌唱しており、「Send A Prayer」など特定の宗教に寄らない神への信仰をテーマにした曲を多く発表している。2004年に発表したアルバム『Confidence』はドイツとオーストリアのチャートで1位を獲得するヒット作となった。2010年には10年間所属したフォー・ミュージックを離れ、ユニバーサルミュージックと契約した。同年発表したアルバム『Diversity』は再びドイツチャート1位を記録した。
2010年現在は妻と2人の子供と共にケルンに住んでいる。
