アイヴァー・ノイマン (Iver B. Neumann, 1959年10月10日 - )は、ノルウェーの国際政治学者。専攻は、国際関係論、とくにノルウェー外交、ヨーロッパ統合、ロシア外交。
経歴
1992年、オックスフォード大学より政治学の博士号取得。現在、ノルウェー国際問題研究所上級研究員。
