慢性閉塞性肺疾患（まんせいへいそくせいはいしっかん、COPD: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease）は、代表的な慢性呼吸器疾患の一つであり[2]、肺胞の破壊や気道炎症が起き、緩徐進行性および不可逆的に息切れが生じる病気である。多くの場合、咳嗽や喀痰も見られる。
