USA-193もしくはNRO launch 21 (NROL-21またはL-21) は2006年に打ち上げられたアメリカ合衆国の偵察衛星[2]。ユナイテッド・ローンチ・アライアンスが打ち上げを担当した[3]。アメリカ国家偵察局 (NRO) の所有するこの軍事衛星の正確な機能・目的は機密情報となっている。
