アンチトロンビン: antithrombin、略称: AT)は血液凝固系のいくつかの酵素を不活性化するタンパク質であり、ヒトではSERPINC1遺伝子にコードされる。アンチトロンビンは肝臓で産生される糖タンパク質で、432アミノ酸からなる。3つのジスルフィド結合を含み、4か所のグリコシル化部位が存在する。α-アンチトロンビンは血漿中で優勢な形態のアンチトロンビンで、4つのグリコシル化部位のそれぞれにオリゴ糖が付加されている。より少ない形態であるβ-アンチトロンビンでは、1ヶ所のグリコシル化部位が常に修飾されていない状態である[5]。アンチトロンビンの活性は抗凝固薬であるヘパリンによって何倍にも増大する。ヘパリンはアンチトロンビンの第IIa因子(トロンビン)や第Xa因子への結合を強化する[6]
