プロスタサイクリン（Prostacyclin）またはプロスタグランジンI2（Prostaglandin I2、PGI2）は、エイコサノイド系の脂質分子であるプロスタグランジンの一種である。血小板の活性化抑制作用と、血管拡張作用がある。
