リチャード・トレビシック（Richard Trevithick、1771年 4月13日 - 1833年 4月22日）は、イギリスの機械技術者で、蒸気機関車の発明者^[1]。一般にはジョージ・スチーブンソンが発明者と思われているが、後述するようにトレビシックが実際の発明者である。
