メンフィス・ミニー (1897年6月3日 – 1973年8月6日、出生名：リジー・ダグラス)は、30年以上に渡ってレコーディング・アーティストとして活動したブルース・ギタリスト、ヴォーカリスト、ソングライターである。彼女は「When the Levee Breaks」、「Me and My Chauffeur Blues」、「Bumble Bee」、「Nothing in Rambling」といった著名なものを含め、200曲ほどの楽曲をレコーディングしている。
