Frizzled（Fz）は非典型的Gタンパク質共役受容体のファミリーであり、Wntシグナル経路や他のシグナル伝達経路の受容体として機能する[2]。Frizzledが活性化された際には、細胞質基質に位置するDishevelledが活性化される。
