コーヒーソース（Coffee sauce）は調合の過程でコーヒーを混ぜたソース調味料[1][2]。コーヒーソースは少なくとも1904年にはアメリカ料理に使用されている[3]。コーヒーソースは甘く、もしくは食欲をそそる調味料である。
