ビーバー形亜目（Castorimorpha）は齧歯目の亜目。ビーバーやカンガルーネズミなどが含まれる。レトロポゾンマーカーを用いた2017年の研究から、ウロコオリス形亜目（Anomaluromorpha）とネズミ形亜目（Myomorpha）に最も近縁なことが明らかになった[2]。
