ボー線条（ボーせんじょう、英: Beau lines）は、一般的にすべての指と足の爪甲にみられる横方向の深さの異なる溝のことである[2]。同じような溝が爪の1本だけにみられる場合は、たいてい怪我が原因である[6]。
原因には、重度の疾患、化学療法、レイノー病、外傷、栄養失調、天疱瘡などがあげられる[3][7]。原因が不明な場合もある[7]。湿疹や乾癬に伴って現れることもある[8]。根本的な機序は、爪の成長が阻害されることによる[3]。爪は8日ごとに約1mm伸びるため、線の移動距離から原因となった出来事がいつ起こったかが示めされる[9]。同じ爪の中に複数の線がある場合は、複数の原因があることを示す[10]。
治療は根本的な原因に対しておこなわれる[3]。特別な対策を講じなくても、溝は爪が伸びて切ることで消える[11]。ボー線条は比較的よく見られる状態である[5]。1846年に最初にこの症状につて説明したフランスの医師、ジョセフ・オノレ・シモン・ボーにちなんで名付けられた[1][9]。
