看護師と患者の関係(かんごしとかんじゃのかんけい、英語: Nurse–client relationship)は、看護師と患者、およびその家族、グループ、またはコミュニティなどの「クライアント」のウェルビーイングを目的とした相互関係である。看護師・患者関係は、あらゆる集団・文化・臨床現場において、実践看護の基礎となるものである[1]。しかしながら、日本の看護職においては、まだまだ倫理意識が低く、研究や、教育、臨床における実践面で遅れている分野である。
