北東州（ほくとうしゅう）はケニア東北部の州。 州都はガリッサ。 2009年の人口は231万757人で、面積は 12万6902km²[1]。 ケニアで3番目に面積が大きい州で13の下院選挙区が置かれている。 州知事 (Provincial Commissioner) はキルトゥ・ワマエ。
